About
There are moments in life where something deeper begins to call.
Not from the mind. Not from curiosity.
But from somewhere in the body that recognizes it is time.
Time to stop carrying what was never yours.
Time to release what has been held for too long.
Time to remember who you were before the layers, the protection, the imprint.
This is the space I hold.
My work is rooted in deep reverence for the sacred spirit of Bufo.
This is not something I approach casually. It is something I honor with presence, with care, and with a deep respect for the intelligence of the medicine and the path each person walks.
From the first time I sat with this spirit, something in me knew. I saw clearly that the body and the soul are not the same. That so much of what we move through in life is learned, inherited, or protected, but not always true. And I was shown, gently and directly, where I was still holding on. Where I was still afraid. Where I was still disconnected from myself.
This work asked me to meet those places.
Not bypass them. Not fix them. But face them, release them, and return to something more honest. Over time, that path brought me back into my heart. Back into my body. Back into a deeper connection with the Earth, with my lineage, and with a power greater than myself.
Now, I hold that space for others.
The ceremonies I carry are sacred. They are intentional, held with integrity, and guided through deep listening. I do not force an experience. I do not control what unfolds. I stay present, attentive, and grounded so that whatever is ready to arise can be met safely and truthfully.
This is not recreational.
This is not an escape.
This is a return.
A return to truth.
A return to the body.
A return to a deeper connection with life, with love, and with the divine.
This work is for those who feel that call in a real way.
Those who are ready to surrender, not out of weakness, but out of trust.
Those who are willing to meet themselves honestly, even in the uncomfortable places.
Those who understand that this is not about being “given” something, but about remembering what has always been there.
Each ceremony is unique. Each journey is personal.
And while the experience itself can be powerful, what matters most is how it is carried into your life afterward. For that reason, integration is part of the work. We take time after the ceremony to ground what was experienced; to bring clarity into action, and insight into real change.
All participants complete a health and readiness screening before being accepted. This ensures that the work is approached safely, respectfully and that it is truly aligned for you.
Ceremonies typically last two hours and offered in New Jersey either in my space or, when appropriate, in yours. (NYC too)
This is not for everyone but if something in you feels steady when you read this then you are welcome and encouraged to apply.
